Joining Our Email List
Throughout our site and via different advertising campaigns we use various forms that allow you to join our email lists. When you join our email lists we typically ask you for your name (we want to be polite) and your email address.
We also will track information relating to which form you filled out, where you saw the form, the referring url, and your IP address. We keep this data because 1. it is required for legal compliance 2. testing to improve our effectiveness 3. to improve our visitors experiences by showing only relevant information.
The data that you submit is also added to a third party service called ActiveCampaign and MailChimp. This is a tool that we use to send email communications to you.

We do not use messages through our contact form for advertising and each message is private. Only members of our team will ever see your messages.

A large portion of our business is online teaching by providing training resources. Some information is free and some is for our premium clients and customers.
When you sign up for one of our premium courses we collect: 1. Your first and last name 2. your email address 3. the referral path you used to sign up for our premium courses 4. ActiveCampaign Tag 5. Billing address 6. Country of residence 7. Post code 8. Affiliate ID (of the affiliate that referred you) 9. Tax evidence (required for Digital tax payments) 10. IP address 11. Geo-location of IP address 12. VAT number 13. Billing country
Whenever you sign up for our premium courses we pass and store information at a third party called ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign is a tool that allows us to send emails and products/services announcements.
These email are to keep you informed and enhance your experience with our company. You can unsubscribe from our email at anytime. At the bottom of every email we send is the unsubscribe link. This will remove you from our mailing lists.
This data is required because of 1. country tax compliance. We need to understand which country you are a resident of so that we can remit proper taxes. 2. integration with our payment processor. 3. product delivery.
Data We Collect As An Affiliate
DrSherylZiegler.com offers and affiliate program. Approved affiliates can receive referral commissions for helping promote our premium courses and coaching. The affiliate program operates independently of the processes above.
All affiliates must apply through specific application processes. Each application is reviewed and must be approved before any affiliate relationship is established.
We keep the following information about our affiliates: 1. First name and Last name 2. Email address 3. Company name 4. Family name 5. Date of signup 6. Company tax ID 7. Full Billing address 8. Web site URL 9. Paypal email address 10. Description of how you promote our premium courses and coaching 11. Yes/No as to whether you accept our terms and conditions 12. other information relating to your social accounts and any specific relationship notes.
We keep this information to remain in legal compliance and for payout information on referred sales. We also store your contact information in ActiveCampaign. See description of this tool above.
Automated Information We Send
You have the right to see what data we store on you. If you would like to review this information please use our contact form and ask us for the specific information.
We will reply to your request within 48 hours. We will attempt to provide you with the requested information as soon as we have gathered the information.
Your Right To Have Your Data Deleted
You may request to have your information deleted at any time.
If you would like to stop receiving our email newsletter then you can click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails. This will unsubscribe you from any future communications. If, for some reason, this doesn't work then let us know and we'll remove you manually.
If you would like to be removed from our affiliate program please contact your affiliate manager.
We can also delete all of your data from all systems that we own and operate. This includes all of the above.
Please note that If you've purchased a product or membership from us we are obliged to keep a record of the purchase in both our own billing system and other government related sites.. This will mean keeping a record of your billing address, contact details and purchase details. We do this to fulfill our obligations to the tax authorities and remain compliant.
