There's so much more to

this stage of life than periods ...

Anxiety levels in children & teens has risen to alarming levels due to many factors.

Add to that the rapid physical changes that occur during puberty, complicated by hormones, social pressures and changing relationships with friends and family,

OUR YOUNG GIRLS HAVE A LOT TO DEAL WITH

Because girls are starting puberty and getting their periods younger,

it's important to equip them earlier as well.

After years of helping parents and daughters in her Denver Therapy Practise, then teaching classes in person, Dr. Sheryl Ziegler wanted to do more.

Hear from: Parenting and Tween Expert Therapist, TEDx Speaker, Author, Media Contributor, Instructor, International Speaker, Podcast Host and most importantly, mom of a daughter.

Dr. Z. (as she is affectionately known), is the parenting expert for 9 News and is a sought after speaker and presenter.

She has appeared on Megyn Kelly Today . Katie Couric Show . Weekend Express . The Doctors . The Jenny McCarthy Show .  CNN . Headline News . And More ....

With her expert guidance, you can

  • prepare your daughter for ALL aspects of puberty
  • let her know that what's happening to her body is normal
  • help her navigate this extremely challenging time with confidence
  • increase your own understanding of what is happening as she changes and you're seeing behaviors that take you by surprise
  • reduce your concerns about friendship and bullying issues because she is equipped to deal with them
  • have someone else share the impact of social media, sleep, nutrition etc (because we all know "parents don't know it all!")
  • Build a solid foundation for your relationship through the teen years and beyond

And most importantly ... SET HER UP FOR LIFE, ready impact the world as she steps into adulthood.

Gaby knew it was urgent.

She'd started noticing the changes.

As a mom just like you:

Gaby worked through the 7 individual lessons of "Start With The Talk". Not only has she seen her daughter's confidence soar, she is also incredibly grateful for the communication that's opened up between them.  After sharing some of the things they learned with her husband, she feels his support as a parental team. Interactions with their daughter and knowing what's ahead are making her feel more prepared as a mother.

Her daughter Emma is feeling much more confident about heading into puberty and dealing with the social pressures.

They all ready know the difference this will make to Emma's future. (and her younger sister following closely behind).

Do you want this for your family too?

STRAIGHT FROM OUR HAPPY CUSTOMERS

Start with the Talk is amazing!

Dr. Sheryl introduces and explains all of the material in the perfect order so the girls receive it thoroughly. We decided to have ‘the Talk’ with a few of my daughter’s close friends and their moms. It was a special afternoon for the moms and girls.

The small group setting enabled some girls who are quieter to listen to other girls' questions and provided a safe environment. There were laughs, tears, and heartfelt moments.

Dr. Sheryl’s videos are wonderful in that they are hands-on and prepare the girls for exactly what to expect. I look forward to having the experience with my younger daughter in a few years!

I highly recommend it for any mom and daughter who are entering the developmental years… is great preparation for what is to come! Thanks Sheryl!

Heath M

After spending years counselling parents and their girls through my psychology practice, and then having a daughter of my own,

I knew it was imperative to create something to help parents and their daughters walk into puberty with confidence so that ...

instead of years of therapy dealing with the scars of this extremely challenging time

... we would see our daughters walk out the other end as strong, confident young adults ready to take life with both hands!

(And a natural desire to stay connected to her family because channels of trust, communication and openness had been created while navigating this stage of life together).

Factors including gender, genetics, nutrition, ethnicity, health status and activity level, household structure and family functioning, and environmental exposures have all shown to impact this time.

It's important to give our girls every opportunity to reduce stress, increase their understanding of how to care for themselves at home and in society, and to face this season with confidence.

Are you ready to help her be fully prepared!
